Camden Cypriot Women's Centre (Older Peoples Services)

CCWO works to improve the quality of life of Greek and Cypriot women and their families living in the London Borough of Camden and the surrounding areas.

Befriending Service:

  • home visits and contact by telephone. This service is primarily aimed at older women living in Camden who are lonely or housebound with the hope of alleviating isolation.

Health and wellbeing service:

CCWC help bring people together to help reduce isolation by providing:

  • Keep Fit classes
  • hosting day trips and outings
  • walking clubs
  • organising group holidays once a year

The Reach Project:

The Reach Project takes place every Monday from 10:30 - 1:30 pm. It is a free service for older people and involves doing different activities including:

  • Art
  • Knitting
  • Watching a film
  • or doing anything else that takes your fancy

Older people can just drop in and there is no need to book.
