The national charity for older people in or needing care and the relatives and friends who help them cope.

Services include:

  • Supporting and informing residents, families and friends to find out all they need to know about care and to help if things go wrong.
  • Speaking out on behalf of a sector who cannot always speak out for themselves, using our knowedge and experience of the care system.
  • Providing support and advice for the relatives and friends of older people in residential and nursing homes and long stay hospitals.
  • Helping to further an active partnership between relatives and homes.
  • Working on policy issues to improve the quality of life in homes.
  • Local support group network (nearest group to Camden is in Westminster).
