  • Silver Surfers:  (computer classes for beginners and digital inclusion)
  • Activities:  (balance / exercise classes for the over 60s; Saturday morning Tai Chi for over 50s; Yoga for the over 60s)
  • Community Network:  telephone friendship groups which connect older people together on one telephone call.
  • Just Connect:  (Befriending service - aims to restore confidence, alleviate loneliness and encourage independence in the community for socially isolated older adults by providing regular weekly volunteer visits for up to 4 months).
  • Tax Help for Older People (TOP): A charity which provides free tax advice to people over 60 who are on low incomes of less than £20,000 a year household income.
  • Fire Safety in the home
  • Living Well Waltham Forest: A new pilot probject running in Waltham Forest to support local residents to maintain and improve their wellbeingk, independence and quality of life.
