We support people with a wide range of disabilities, health issues and barriers to work. We enable them to prepare for, find and move into a new job. So no matter what your workplace needs, we can help.

Our specially designed range of services for serving and ex-service personnel help you to adapt your skills and abilities for civilian employment, find a new career and stay in your role.

We also offer a mental health service for nine months to people who are in employment and struggling with mental health issues.  The scheme is government-funded and clients need to be working for a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Subject Definitions

Disability, according to the World Health Organization, is "...an umbrella term, covering impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions. An impairment is a problem in body function or structure; an activity limitation is a difficulty encountered by an individual in executing a task or action; while a participation restriction is a problem experienced by an individual in involvement in life situations.
A Physical Health Problem is a problem with the body and its functioning making it hard to complete day to day activities.This may be a long-term problem or an issue which can be made better with a hospital visit.
