Camden Community Connectors

Community Connectors is the largest strand of the Ageing Better in Camden, Big Lottery-funded programme running from July 2015 to 2021. The service is run by Age UK Camden.

Community Connectors work with Camden residents age 60 and above, to support them to meet new people, get out and about and engage wth their community in a way that suits them.

The service can provide individuals with time-limited one-to-one support to access activities, including support with transport options and to accompany individuals to sessions the first few times to ensure they feel confident to continue attending independently.  Community Connectors can also support individuals to help others connexct with activities in Camden.
