Combat Stress - The Veterans' Mental Health Charity

Mental ill-health affects ex-Service men and women of all ages. We are currently supporting almost 6,000 Veterans aged from 18 to 97. We're a vital lifeline for these men, women and their families.

If you're currently serving, or have served in the UK Armed Forces, you can call our 24 Hour Helpline to talk about mental health. If you are a family member or carer worried about a loved one or are suffering yourself, you can use the Helpline too.

The helpline is there for you if you are having trouble sleeping, suffer with flashbacks, feel depressed, get anxious sometimes or just feel that something is not quite right.

Combat Stress runs an innovative and Intensive PTSD Treatment Programme, providing support for Veterans with complicated presentations of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Our treatment and support services are always free of charge, and are proven to work.
