Chadswell Healthy Living Centre

Community centre activities include a wide range of community classes, from fitness, healthy eating, to sewing.  Many special groups for older people, Bengali speakers, Chinese people and Somali and a Somali speaking worker. Victims of race/faith hate crime and domestic violoence can report it on this number and the staff will pass the information to the police.

  • Healthy lunch club - every Wednesday (time varies)
  • Sewing classes
  • Gentle exercise - every Tuesday 12-1pm
  • Massage -  Wednesday and Friday  - from 12.30 (appointment needed)
  • Gym - Mon-Fri 10am-1 pm  (membership - £25 for concessions or £50 per year)
  • Day trips and residential stays also organised
  • Advice sessions from Camden Council staff including housing  and benefit issues
  • Welfare Rights advice session every two weeks on a Wednesday by appointment
  • Knitting workshop from October - December (check with centre for 2019 sessions)
