The UK’s only LGBT targeted drug and alcohol service providing harm-reduction, advice and information.

Services and facilities:

  • Walk in assessments are available weekly in Kings Cross & Soho
  • Drop-in space with alternative therapies
  • One to one support, group work and advocacy
  • Outreach
  • Referrals to sexual health, mental health and other support agencies as well as referrals for detox and rehab
  • Specialists in 'chemsex' support, and can provide training for drugs and alcohol workers and other healthcare staff on club drugs, chemsex, and working with LGBT people
