Voices of experience: Allows you to have a say on services for older people with our User Involvement service.

Home from hospital: Our services helps older people to return home and stay supported after they have been in hospital.

Dementia: Support and advice for those living with dementia, including carers of people with dementia.

Social activities and practical services:
- Hairdressing service, gardening, sugarcraft classes and computer training. A freshly cooked lunch and a host of daily activities at our Actitivity Centre in Wanstead.
- Our Di's Diamonds services offers a range of regular activities including outings and special events throughout Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering.
