GoodGym

GoodGym are a group of runners who combine regular exercise with helping their communities. They do this by offering to do useful things for people who need help or by dropping in for a friendly chat. To get their exercise they run from visit to visit. They can do:

- one-off household tasks like changing light bulbs

- help with computer use such as sending emails

- simple gardening jobs like weeding or clearing

- urgent one-off deliveries

The service is free to users and all runners are checked for criminal records.
