Information and advice service:

We can help with one-off queries as well as more complex issues.We have information and advice sessions where a trained Advice Officer will help you with accessing advice on the internet and completing online forms such as housing applications and benefit claims.

We run 45 minute appointments where you can see an adviser about a more complex issue.

We offer a self-help telephone service and have a room available where you are able to access a telephone, and the Information Team are on hand to help you contact organisations like the Pension Services, gas and electricity companies and banks to sort out queries and problems.

If you cannot get into our office or to one of the outreach centres due to health issues, for people that are housebound, we can offer you a home visit appointment.

Our Services are for Camden Residents age 55, and their carers, friends and family.
We can provide advice on issues such as Benefits & pensions, help with accessing social care, transport, housing issues, debt and money issues, carers support and accessing social activities and services ... and much, much more.
We run drop-ins and appointments at Tavis House, 1 - 6 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9NA. Monthly outreach advice sessions also take place at eight centres in and around Camden.
