Citizens Advice Camden HIV Services

The Service provides advice to people living with HIV, their partners, families and carers who live in Camden.

They advise on a wide range of issues, including:

  • Debt
  • Welfare Benefits
  • Community Care
  • Employment
  • Housing

In addition to a phone line,  face-to-face advice sessions can be booked at:

  • The Royal Free Hospital, St Mary’s Hospital Paddington (Wednesday afternoons)
  • The Mortimer Market Centre (Monday mornings)
  • Regent's Park CAB (Tuesday mornings)

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a disease of the human immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Although there is no cure for AIDS, HIV infection can be prevented, and those living with HIV can take antiretroviral drugs to delay the onset of AIDS.
