We are a charity which helps people get healthy and stay healthy. For the last 100 years we have been helping people to change their lives, share their stories and influence the world we live in so together we can all get healthy and stay healthy.
Services include:

Community kitchens - to learn about living and eating more healthily, or gain food-based qualifications

Health advocacy service - help for those newly arrived in the UK to access services (see separate entry)

Stroke service - help to re-adjust to your new circumstances and begin the journey to optimal recovery
