Eligibilty:
To apply for an older persons Freedom Pass your sole and principal residence must be in London. You also need to be able to meet the age criteria.

If you don't meet the age criteria, then you can always apply for a 60+ London oyster card which will enable you to travel free on public transport in London until you qualify for a freedom pass.
