Our Adviceline is often in high demand and you may have to wait in a queue or call back at less busy times such as afternoons.

We hope to resolve your issue over the telephone. We may advise you to take some action and then contact us again. If you need further advice, we will book a telephone appointment for an adviser to call you at a pre-arranged time.

After discussing with you, we may offer a pre-booked face-to-face appointment if we believe this will be the best way to move your problem forward. However, we cannot provide face to face or telephone appointments to everyone who requests them.

All our advisors receive fully certificated training and are able to provide individually tailored advice on your options. They are trained in empowering and supporting people as far as possible to bring a satisfactory conclusion to their problem.

Demand for our service outstrips resources and during busy times there may be delays – all our advisers are working very hard to support as many people as possible and your patience at these times is greatly appreciated.
