Deafblind UK is a national charity offering specialist services and human support to deafblind people and those who have progressive sight and hearing loss acquired throughout their lives. Deafblind UK's aim is to enable people living with this unique disability to maintain their independence and quality of life and reduce the isolation that deafblindness creates.
Deafblind UK's Services include: Communicator guides, support groups, interpreters, advocacy and information and Independent living teams.

Peer Support and Social Groups including: outings, music workshops and more.
The Peer Support and Social Groups provide those with both sight and hearing impairment and their families a chance to make friends and meet others in similar situations.
These free groups take place at Swiss Cottage and are open to anyone with a combined hearing and sight loss and their carers/companions.

Deafblind UK's Home befriending service involves volunteers who will go round for a chat, read the paper, take you for a walk and generally reduce isolation among people with hearing or sight impairment.
