Information & Advice - on a range of topics that impact the lives of older people including money matters, housing and health

Support, planning, advice, guidance and support to people who need some help at home and would like to talk to someone about options available

The Men's Shed concept orginates from Australia and brings together older, isolated men in a space with which they are comfortable.  They can socialise and carry out activities that bring benefit to the local community and charities
